Two stroke crankshaft services include bearing replacement, wide bearing kits, rod replacement, case milling and honing services, truing and balancing as well as complete crankshaft refinishing.

Snowmobile Repairs

We specialize in two stroke crankshaft repair and rebuilds our service work also includes internal and external engine and drive line repairs, mods tune-ups, fuel system upgrades, suspension upgrades and shock rebuilds

Bearing - Brushing Pressing

We handle most forms of bearing, bushing and seal removal and/or installation.

Boring - Honing -
Replating Services

Cylinder Boring:  Engines with cast iron liners can be bored to repair damage or wear.  We can also big bore plated cylinders to increase displacement and horsepower.

Cylinder Re-plating:  Bring back damaged plated cylinders to like new or better condition.​

Chassis Repairs & Mods

Whether it be chassis or suspension repair, big wheel kits, tunnel extensions or long track kits we can do it.

Clutch Rebuilds & Upgrades

We service and rebuild most makes and models of both primary and secondary clutches.

This includes roller, bushing, and clutch modification, maintenance and repairs as well as spring, ramp, pin and helix upgrades.

Fabrication Services

We specialize in custom builds and repairs of all types ranging from small welding and fabrication jobs to heavy duty farm equipment repair.

We also produce the #1 line of motorcycle ice racing fender used in the industry today!

Full Crankshaft Services

We do complete servicing and rebuilds on 2 stroke crankshafts.

Our list of available services include:

- Bearing replacement
- Wide bearing kits on Polaris 700 and 800 big block engines

- Complete crankshaft refinishing

We stock several bearings and rod kits and guarantee a fast turnaround time. Most cranks will be back in your hands in less than 5 days.

Fuel Cells
​

Aluminum Diamond Plate Fuel Cells & Standard Aluminum Fuel Cells.

Our Demo Derby fuel cells are 12"x12"x12" in dimension, hold just over 7 gallons of fuel and come standard with a 3/8 NPT outlet fitting. Each unit is designed with 3 mounting tabs on the bottom of the tank to keep them secure during the hard hits.

Custom sizes and other materials are available.

Motorcycle Racing Fenders

Our custom ice racing fenders are fabricated from 304 stainless steel material and come with complete hardware to mount your plastics directly onto these units. They are very light weight at about 4 lbs each and available in either the natural steel or polished finish(additional charge).

Installation notes:
1. Rear fender kits include a mounting rod
2. Our front fender kits attach to the forks and come with the longer bolts.

According to the racers, these are the toughest fenders on the market today! Most models in stock.

We have a large selection of new parts in stock as well as some used and reconditioned parts.

We carry both factory OEM and aftermarket parts including: pistons, rings, pins, gaskets, carbs, drive belts, bearings, carbides, slides, spark plugs, fuel filters, clutch kits/springs, and much more.

Performance Mods

Whether you need that little extra or a whole lot, we are able to up grade and dial in your sled to whatever level of performance you require.

Engine Upgrades/Rebuild/Internal Modifications: We do everything from top end work and modifications to complete engine rebuilds. We also install wide bearing kits on Polaris 700 and 800 big block engines.

Please include the year, make, model and engine size of your sled as well as a general description of your needs.

Storage Preparation
​

Did you know it's not a good idea to just park your sled at the end of the year? Water, road salt, and stale fuel can be very harmful to your sled if left over the Summer.

​Have us do a summer storage prep to prevent expensive repairs and break downs from happening the next winter.

Trailer Repairs & Accessories

We can handle all of your aluminum and steel framed trailer repair needs. From frame patch kits and rewelds to complet custom fabricated frames, fender, tongues, and suspension replacements.

Tune-Ups & General Service

Make sure your sled is ready to run and perform at its best this winter by having us do a pre-season check up. Our tune-up includes a review of both general maintenance a safety items, as will as a complete chassis, suspension, and steering lubrication.

We offer these services at the beginning and the end of every season to help protect and maintain your snowmobiles.

Services start at just $75 plus parts and supplies.
